Sunny French Beans

It is only in the world of cooking where French can turn into Mexicans! Bonjour Amigos. Yes, you heard it right! It is time for another one of my quirky peculiar cooking and for today's dish, it is something that I like to call the Sunny French Beans. Arriba! Let's get cooking!

"COOKING 105 : Sunny French Beans"

Ingredients:
(1) One kilo of French Beans
3-4 pieces of chili sliced
Diced carrots
Scrambled eggs *at least two
Minced Garlic
Sunflower seeds (unshelled) *secret ingredient!














Cook it away:
Heat pan and fry scrambled eggs first.
Saute garlic and chili in oil then shortly follow it with carrots.
When the garlic turned golden brown, put in the beans.
Wait for at least 10 minutes or until the beans turned bright green.
Put in the sunflower seeds and seasonings.
Cover pan for 5 minutes and add in the eggs.
Serve!
